The Africa Yoga Project's Handstands, Hugs and Happiness (HHH) Tour is back in Oakland, California this November! Our friends and fellow yogis Nyakinyua Chege and Carolyne Otieno from Kenya will share how yoga has transformed their lives and then they will lead a powerful practice.

Followed by a Guinea style dance class taught by the East Bay's own Master West African dance teacher Naby Bangoura . His energy and passion are infectious and the drummers will keep you smiling 'til the sun goes down...you don't want to miss this!
