A community of like minded individuals ready to experience MORE! More peace, more freedom, more LOVE! We will come together in Movement, in Breathwork, in Intention, and in Sound Healing. Come ready to shift your energy and make space for all that you want to experience in your life. We will provide mats and blankets, tea, water and light snacks. Things to note: + Bring a journal with you ! I invite you to write down any insights that come to you and we create space to journal. + Eat a light meal beforehand. Nothing to heavy as we will be moving and shifting a lot of energy. + If you tend to get chilly please bring extra blankets and/or dress cozy and comfy. + Invite your friends, just make sure they reserve a spot beforehand. + This experience is donation based so please donate what you can to support keeping the Women's Circle thriving.
