Creative Arts Women's Circle Are you looking to increase connection to other women while decreasing isolation, anxiety, and blocks to your creative nature? In this circle, we will explore themes important and relevant to women having opportunities to move, paint, collage, utilize clay and other expressive media to explore themes common to women. There will be time and space each session to connect about what is on our minds and hearts. The circle runs for 10 months and coincides with the following themes: March : Who am I ? Understanding me April: The Masculine and Feminine: Doing and flowing May: Friendships and Family- Where do I fit June: My Sexuality July: Joy: An Exploration August: What I love about me September: Changes and Transition October :Grief and Loss November : Gratitude December: Redifinition and Refinement of me No art experience necessary. This circle will allow you a safe space to explore in a creative way different aspects of your life and evolution this 2019 year.
