A note from Hayley about Mindful Bootcamp:

In the face of a global pandemic its clear that the health and wellbeing of our body and our attitude towards it largely dictates our quality and length of life. As our vehicle for exploring the mystery, this one body we've been gifted is infinitely sacred.

What if moving joyfully, increasing our strength, cardiovascular health and endurance, decreasing our discomfort and improving our daily posture could be part of waking up to the life we want to live and the world we want to live in?

In answer to this question, I created Mindful Bootcamp, a body- positive approach to physical fitness that strengthens, energizes and tones your body, mind and heart while building core and spinal muscles that create a courageous posture. Mindful bootcamp cultivates full body strength that leaves you feeling present and balanced versus manic, exhausted or injured. 

By harnessing the power of intention, muscular endurance, postural alignment, moving meditation, breathwork, affirmation, and visualization, mindful bootcamp is a therapeutic yet booty kicking invitation to consciously shed old pattern of muscular and psychological tension & self limiting beliefs- all while having fun!
