Description:Join a community of women to explore how the joys and sorrows of aging can be profound opportunities for awakening. We’ll acknowledge that some of the most difficult changes in life come at the age when we feel most vulnerable. We’ll support each other to meet these changes with awareness and compassion, and to discover the inner ease and freedom that’s possible as we learn to let go. We’ll celebrate the joys of being an elder and honor the gifts that have developed over a lifetime.

This retreat will include periods of meditation, group sharing, inquiry, and gentle movement.
