This class is for the bender who already has a regular flexibility practice and is looking for some flexpert coaching. Providing all the benefits of personalized coaching in a small group setting. Each of our coaches has their own approach, pulling from contortion, Pilates, yoga, dance, and gymnastics, and all of them are committed to safety, strength, control, and long-term health. This class is your opportunity to fine-tune and advance your flexibility training.
This class allows a maximum of 8 participants so you will get lots of individual attention!
