Toddlers ages 2-3 will love learning their ballet basics in this fun and upbeat class! They'll love the gentle approach to teaching movement and listening skills- incorporating nursery rhymes and silly songs.

Harriet has been teaching dance to children and adults for 12 years. She was the dance course director for the Arts Cultural Exchange UK at Music For You Summer Schools 2013, where she led a group of 40 non-English speaking students from 2 schools in Beijing. She also travelled to Beijing to teach and work with the Arts Cultural Exchange. 

Harriet has a love for teaching and is enthusiastic about sharing her passion for dance with others. She has taught dance to a wide range of students of all ages, in a variety of styles and contexts.

She has focused on her passion for working with children since moving to Los Angeles in 2014. She managed Books and Cookies, a children's bookstore and enrichment center in Santa Monica, working closely with babies and children up to age 5. She is now manager here at Heartbeat House!
