Mindful Boot

Inspired by yoga, pilates, barre, HIIT and physical therapy, mindful bootcamp cultivates full body strength that leaves you feeling present and balanced versus manic, exhausted or injured. 

In addition to opening and closing with embodied meditation, mindful bootcamp is about strengthening, energizing and toning your BODY, MIND AND HEART while building postural, core and spinal muscles that create a courageous posture and long term wellbeing while reducing bodily discomfort. 

All levels of experience and fitness are welcome. There’s many modifications to ensure healthy alignment and options to ramp up the cardio or take it easy.
